Gail Williamson

Gail joined the Saint Cecilia Parish Staff in August of 2022. She has enjoyed two career paths in life, split between property management and church management. Gail holds two college degrees – a B.S. in Information Technology and an MBA from the Bainbridge Graduate Institute. She comes from a Protestant background but has become increasingly curious about the Catholic way of life and theology over the years, particularly interested in the deep teachings of men of God like Bishop Robert Barron and theologian Dr. Scott Hahn.
Kate O'Brien

Kate O'Brien joined our parish at the Easter Vigil in 2019 and took on the role of parish secretary in October 2023. Her idea of a wild night out? Grabbing pizza and catching a movie with her husband and their three (almost grown-up) kids. If you're ever on parish grounds, you'll probably spot her—well, more like her German Shepherd, Roman, who graciously lets her hold the leash as he patrols the area.
Emily Skranak

A versatile lyric soprano experienced with opera, art song, choral, and sacred music, Emily Skranak is originally from Poulsbo, Washington. She received her Bachelor of Music in vocal performance and church music, summa cum laude, from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, where she worked under the guidance of soprano, Dr. Anne Jennifer Nash. Emily has been attending St. Cecilia since 2007 and joined the staff in 2020, leading the Vigil and Compline choirs and overseeing the music program.
Kerry Carson
Saint Cecilia Catholic School Principal

Ms. Carson's dedication to education and community service stems from her Yakima, Washington upbringing, with a four-generation Catholic school tradition. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Central Washington University and has eight years of experience in non-profit fundraising. Ms. Carson also earned a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Old Dominion University and was named a 2020 ENL Hernandez Fellow. She is currently pursuing a Post-Master's Educational Administration Certificate at Seattle University.

Linda and her husband Joe, came to St. Cecilia Parish in 2014 from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. They have two grown sons and a 25 lb cat. Linda joined the parish staff in 2018.
Jonathan Bayley
Facilities Manager

Jonathan joined the parish team in 2021. He was born and raised on the island, but spent most the last decade in Los Angeles. He and his wife Lexi and their two sons have been St. Cecilia parishioners since August, 2020. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, woodworking, and building scale models with his brother—usually while singing Gregorian chant.
Maggie Harris

Maggie joined the parish team in February of 2026. She was born and raised in Poulsbo, WA and attended SCCS from 4th-8th grade. She graduated from the Northwest College of Art and Design with a BFA in Graphic Design and Entertainment Art.
She recently got married at St. Cecilia and is now in charge of the bulletin, website, newsletter and other forms of parish communications. In her spare time, she enjoys art projects and is loving her new married life.
