Commissioned and dedicated in 1994, this is the only stained glass panel in St. Cecilia's Church. Placed above the the baptismal font, it provides natural light from overhead. The panel was designed and created by Mary Ann Dow and daughter Carrie Budlong of Bainbridge Island.
