MONTHLY MEETING

November 7, 2009

ATTENDANCE:

Meeting called to order at 9:45 a.m. by Grand Knight, Richard Hassell, also present were: Leo Schilling, Gene Mc Gowan, Patrick Rooney, Daniel Luzzo, Dennis Crossland, Robert Earhart, Rudy Rimando and Paul Young.

MINUTES:

Minutes of Oct. 3, 09 were read by Daniel Luzzo, and approved.

ADMISSIONS:

The F 100 report has been completed by Mike Cini sponsored by Robert Earhart.

GRAND KNIGHT:

The Service Program Personnel Report has been updated and sent in and forwarded to the Supreme Council.

TRUSTEE: no report.

CHAPLAIN: No report.

TREASURER:

Rudy Rimando/ Reported that there is $ 960.28 in the account and $ 45.00 for deposit for a total of $ 1005.28.

COMMUNICATION:

Vienna Boys Choir

On February 21 2010 Our Lady of Fatima is hosting the Vienna Boys Choir at a reduced pricing and reserved seating for Knights if you act now.

Rome recognizes service of Knights of Columbus

Rome, Oct. 27^{th The} leader of the U.S. based Knights of Columbus will be honored by the City of Rome with its Lupa Capitolina award.

FINANCIAL:

A letter from Brother Grant Courtney stating that draft form 365 has been completed and our council does not have any outstanding obligations and no new sources of income this for the Month of Sept.

SERVICE COMMITTEE:

Daniel Luzzo and Dick Hassell have updated the service report.

RECRUITMENT:

Brothers, Gene Mc Gowan, Paul Vitello and Dennis Crossland, are on the recruitment committee.

NEW BUSINESS:

Brother Patrick Rooney has the Knights web site up and running.

Prime Rib dinner Nov. 14^th $ 12.00 per and $ 35.00 family.

Brother Daniel Luzzo discusses helping the Men Club with feature dinners.

Paul Vitello had agreed to be assist to Rudiy Rimando as chef.

Dennis Crossland, The Washington State Council is working on a list of Seminarians for next year grant.
